The Law Foundation of BC is excited to announce the second round of the Racial Justice Grants Call, offering Development Grants of up to $50,000 for one year. These short-term grants are intended to provide flexible funding for groups and organizations to develop capacity, early-stage ideas, and plans that may lead to new programming, projects, or infrastructure with the long-term vision to advance racial justice.
Eligible applications may target a wide range of issues and systems that impact racialized people living across British Columbia. For this round of funding, priority will be given to applications from communities outside of the Greater Vancouver area.
Applications are now open and will be accepted until August 3, 2023.
Foundation staff will host information sessions on July 13 and 24 via Zoom.
